Membership is open to all neurologists licensed in Pennsylvania and all adult and child neurologists are encouraged to join.  If you would like to become a member, you can pay your annual subscription dues online (if you choose this option please complete the membership application anyway), or by mail/fax by clicking the membership application link and submitting it with your annual dues.  Please fill out the membership survey and return it as well.

Dues are $100 per year for Active physicians and can be paid by check or credit card.  Residents and fellows are dues free.
